  • Ball mount to top of lyra
  • Promote to Lyra Intermediate 7.18/18 ✓
  • Cross Back Straddle on Silks
  • Perform at the student showcase
  • Perform at Bloom
  • Hoop on the beach
  • Attend a hoop festival
  • Open a hoop dance studio
Flexibility Goals
  • Palm the floor bent over hamstring stretch
  • Proper cow face stretch
  • Standing backbend
  • Pancake middle splits
  • Front splits
Other Goals
  • Ziplining
  • Boudoir photo shoot 
  • Get body painted
  • Squat my bodyweight
  • Bench press 100lbs
  • Do a shoot the duck on skates
  • Layback spin (figure skating)
  • Rock short shorts with funky tights 7.29.17 ✓
